8 Streets
to Christ
Fate…….is now seconds closer. Time to ponder life’s questions:
Does God exist? Why am I here on Earth?
How do I get to Heaven? Come and see.
That is, if eternal happiness is your thing.
My promise: all author royalties go to charity.

Brian Young
Brian Young has provided youth instruction for decades in various fields, including religion, music, math, chess, scouting, sports, and life skills. He is currently in his 14th year teaching Catholic Confirmation students, and he is in his third year leading a church Youth Group that has collectively served over 30 teenagers.
His earlier interests included bicycling, hiking the Appalachian Trail, producing Gong Shows to benefit the homeless, tutoring math students to support food banks, and playing euphonium for the Salvation Army. As a retired software programmer (his most proficient computer language: profanity – which triggered frequent trips to the confessional), he now plans to dedicate years to engaging and encouraging youth around the world, as well as the young at heart, to live out their Catholic faith by following the revealed 8 Streets to Christ. Brian is a Christian author and, together with his wife Anne, he has one son and identical twin daughters.

This is a remarkable book, a true labor of love, and a challenge at every intellectual level. The author starts by addressing two fundamental questions of human existence. Does God exist? Why am I here on earth? In this he succeeds brilliantly.
He then takes us step by step through our Catholic faith to show us the path we must pursue to attain eternal salvation.
Also important are his numerous quotes from a variety of sources which gives the reader a wealth of additional literature to pursue.
Brian Young’s “8 Streets to Christ” is a great read and unique resource for novice or life-long Catholics seeking spiritual guidance towards a fulfilling life. I consider the contents of his work “an encyclopedia for divine faith” and highly recommend it. May God bless Brian for his sincere efforts and his personal example of a “true pilgrim”.

An insightful and thought-provoking book
I read this book as someone who has a strong faith and belief in Christ. Yet, I wondered, did I understand my Catholic faith enough and did I understand what Christ was asking of me, so as to become someone truly pleasing to God? This book helped me to find the answers I was seeking. Through historical examples, real life explanations, mental exercises and pure faith that emanates from the author of this book, I have been able to more fully understand my faith, the path towards knowing Christ better and how to please him through both action and thought.
